Quick Facts About the Pattern:
Sizes: X-Small, Small, Medium, Large, X-Large. Hand Circumference approximately 7 (7 ½, 8 ¼, 8 ¾, 9 ¼) inches, depending upon desired ease.
Gauge: 30 stitches and 44 rounds in stockinette stitch = 10 x 10 cm (4 x 4 inches).
Yarn: Loft by Brooklyn Tweed (100%Wool, 275 yds/50 gms); 1-2 skeins (see NOTE). Finished gloves shown in Meteorite. Second pair shown in Smooshy with Cashmere by Dream in Color (70%Merino, 20% Cashmere, 10% Nylon; 400 yds/113 gms); 1 skein. Finished gloves shown in Fierce Scarlet. NOTE: Loft is an airy yarn that can be knit at a larger gauge than its diameter would suggest; keep that in mind when substituting yarns for this project. The Meteorite gloves are a size Large and weigh 45 grams in total — slightly less than one skein. However, we strongly suggest you purchase 2 skeins to allow for variations in gauge, skein yardage, swatching, etc.
