I’m sure I speak for Sally when I say thank you to everyone for the lovely comments and kind words about our mother.   That’s all for now!!

  1. I looked back to the post on your mother and was blown away by her stunning knitting. I can see where you both come by your skills. It appears that she taught you that excellence was possible.

    But most enjoyable to me, reading about your mother made me think of my dad and how he has influenced my approach to creative endeavors. My father was a talented artist, jewelry maker, tailor, landscaper, and all around renaissance man. It’s been many, many years since he passed on and I don’t think of him as often as I used to. Thank you for the fond memories today.
