My lovely daughter is now married.  We had a magical day that I will never forget.  I would love to share a picture or two with you, but I don’t have any.  Really.  With all the cameras and phones going all night long, you would think someone would have a decent picture!  We did have two professional photographers floating around so I am hoping they will come through for me!!

Thank you for all of your well wishes.  I will spare you the details of the two flat tires and the dress that did not fit!!  I want only to remember the warm feelings of the day shared with family, friends, and my new family.

  1. It’s a good day when a plan comes together so well. Congratulations to all of you. You will have some amazing times together. That’s how it works when daughters marry.

  2. Not too worry about 2 flat tires and a dress that didn’t fit!! Those will just be among the many funny, happy, crazy memories of a wonderful event!! Congratulations and best wishes to all.

  3. Congratulations. As the priest said to me just prior to my son’s wedding. “Enjoy the day, Mrs. Harris. It is not every day a son gets married.” So true.

  4. As long as the dress that did not fit was not the bride’s then everything turned out OK

  5. Congrats! I had to chuckle. I could really identify with your two flat tires and dress not fitting comment. My son married three months ago, and we had some surprising and unplanned events as well, one being the entire front fender being ripped off my car. Still, what will be remembered is all the love and joy that permeated the entire weekend. 🙂 I’m so happy for your whole family.
