Feeling down? Feel like nothing seems to be going your way? Me, too. But I did have a brief respite from my staggering sense of doom this morning. I made these:
Aren’t they amazing? And they are super easy. Baked Apple Roses.
Enjoy!! I haven’t tried one yet and may buy some cinnamon ice cream to go with. 🙂

Those look great – but it’ll only take 2 hours or so and I’ve got to stay busy for 4 years! Oh – I forgot – the stash. I knew it would come in handy.

I am not sure that even those would make me feel better right now!

They look great. But I’m with Mike — I might even need more stash.

These are good, and were a great use of that last sheet of puff pastry that was rolling around the freezer!
Meant to ask earlier…what did you get at VKL? I made it out with only 8 ounces of roving.

I found the recipe and they look so pretty! Can’t wait to try, even though it may be awhile as I am not doing much cooking these days. Thanks for passing them along!
