  2. Watching the joy of so many others while waiting for Biden and Harris to speak. A good day. Looking forward to the inauguration.

  3. I am so happy. I have to admit, I was crying during their speeches tonight. And a very cool thing is that Kamala grew up in my neighborhood…just a few blocks from me.

  4. So happy, so relieved! I feel like I can breathe again, and a huge weight is lifting off my back. I’ve hated the discord, dishonesty, corruption and all-out ugliness of the last four years. I can’t wait for January! And, for all you number people, inauguration day is a palindrome: 1-20-2021. Reads the same backwards and forwards.

  5. So happy! So relieved! Our democratic institutions have been under threat for four long years. The ugliness of racism has come to the surface. And the ineptitude, nepotism, bigotry, graft… so glad it’s over (almost).

  6. It’s absolutely fantastic news! We here in the UK have by and large been glued to CNN, cheering Biden and Harris on and it’s an unbelievably amazing beacon of hope amidst all the gloom and populism to see the USA choose to overthrow the malign forces of hate and division in favour of unity and working for all, with an internationalist outlook. I’m so happy for you xxx

  10. Yay! so relieved & happy. (Your site doesn’t seem to like emojis. The previous comment is also me but is unintelligible.)

  11. The best news we’ve heard in a long time. Now we will see decency and honesty return to our White House. No more cringing when our “President” speaks.

  12. My comment (first one) should have been Me too!!!!! No question mark! I am completely thrilled about the election – no question about it!

  14. I am knitting your sweet “One Day Baby Hat” (downloaded from Ravelry). I’m a fairly new knitter and thought it wouldn’t be a problem to find the Cascade Malizia in pink/green. I was wrong! What do suggest for a substitute? Is ribbon yarn a thing?

I’m glad I found your website. You have so many pretty patterns to try. Thank you!

  15. It feels as if the world is lighter, brighter and happier. Thanks to all who worked, knitted, voted and campaigned. This is truly a victory for all of us.

  16. So much work still ahead, but yes – what a relief. And a woman as vice president, too!

  18. As much as I’ve always liked to go to the polls to vote on Election Day, I am thankful there were options in MN to vote early this year either in person or by mail or ballot drop off. 2020 is looking better to me after this election.

  19. So Hopeful, after a very dark night. Lots of work to do though. Great pic. Just saw it. Thanks for posting.
