You know how something bugs you? It may not bother anyone else, but you just don’t like it. That’s how I felt about the leaf motif on my Mulled Cider pocket. It looked like a drawer handle to me! Once seen, it cannot be unseen!
So, I changed it!
I like it much better (I don’t think either picture captures the real color!). I also sewed cotton lining into the pocket. So now I can say this is D O N E ! ! !
A much more stylish embellishment.

Haha! I wouldn’t have thought it looked like a drawer handle until you mentioned it….and now that’s what I see! The flower motif is beautiful.

I think you’re about the best knitter I’ve come across. Your work is just stunning. Always. Best reverse stockinette I’ve ever seen! And I’ve learned a bunch from you. Thanks for sharing your skills.

A bit late. Thought this was a previous post. Love your revision! But am most impressed by how you were able to forge ahead with your own preferences despite what “other people” think. How many times I have “learned to live with” other people’s recommendations on yarn, home decor or even appliances. Love the adorable new embellishment!

Have a query for the Rainey Sisters re The Hemlock Throw. Is it ok to ask through this comment section, or is there a different channel? Thank you.
