Time flies but my big sister is still my best friend. Today is her birthday and you all know what that means — I’m dragging out that same photo of us as kids. Aren’t we adorable? The story behind this photo is that our mother (widowed when Susan was a baby and she was pregnant with me) was getting married. Susan was the flower girl but didn’t want to go down the aisle without me. Our grandmother made our dresses (as well as our mother’s wedding dress). I still do everything Susan tells me. Sort of. Sometimes.
